Project details
The Quadrolith in Baar consists of two U-shaped commercial buildings with six storeys, which provide space for up to 1000 workstations. The opening of the buildings to the north creates a spacious terrace for relaxing and enjoying the sun, as well as further terrace areas on the roofs of the buildings. The façade of the building consists of a mix of dark brown and gold-colored façade elements and a vertically accentuated window grid coated with IGP powder DURAxal 4201. This creates great accents and a modern-looking building.
