Six Months of IGP - Our Apprentices Share their Experiences
Our apprentices in Switzerland and Austria started their training at IGP around six months ago. Since then, they have been experiencing exciting challenges every day, gaining valuable experience and growing both professionally and personally.
But what motivates them the most? What special experiences do they remember? In this interview, they give an insight into their day-to-day work, share their highlights and tell us what they particularly appreciate about IGP.
In addition to the technical expertise, it is the inspiring team, the varied tasks and the opportunity to contribute their own ideas that the apprentices particularly like. The practical training and support from experienced colleagues help them to develop optimally.
