IGP-DURA®sky series 95 is a multi-approved, hyper-durable coating powder that meets the toughest demands of both hemispheres. It exceeds the requirements of the world’s leading coating standards AAMA 2605 and QC class 3 for gloss retention and color stability.
Third-party-verified high chalking and erosion resistances ensure the integrity of architectural design and industrial robustness.
Even after intensive outdoor irradiation with UA-EMMAQUA® test equipment with an irradiation dose of over 4,200 MJ/sqm, these fluoropolymer coatings retain excellent color and gloss stability. This is equivalent to more than 10 Florida years of UV irradiation.

IGP-DURA®sky 9503 is highly electrostatically chargeable. This allows an economic and efficient first-pass transfer with low overspray. The good charging behavior facilitates automatic in-line coating of demanding profile geometries and inside corners without manual pre-coating or follow-up coating.

The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for IGP-DURA®sky 9503.gives our partners the documentation they need to meet the requirements of various green building programs such as BREEAM, DGNB, and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED v4 rating system.
Most PVDF coatings achieve limited adhesion on chromium-free pretreatments and therefore require environmentally harmful chromates as a base on the metal substrate. The fluoroethylene system used by IGP adheres to chrome-free pretreatments without any adverse effects, which is better for the environment.
