"Les Atmosphères" serve as a meeting point between the residents and users of the district, fostering a vibrant community through their diverse business and leisure offerings. The hanging gardens on which the structures rest create five unique atmospheres that play with natural elements such as relief, vegetation, and materials.
Throughout the construction of the “Quartier de l'Etang” under the construction management of Urban project sa, many different façade elements were coated, using a variety of powder coating systems. All the powder coating systems used are IGP-HWFclassic 59 powder coatings, known for their exceptional quality and durability. In total, over 20 tons of powder coating were used for the facade elements. These powder coating systems protect the coated parts from all weather influences, ensuring remarkable longevity for the coated elements. Additionally, the powder coating systems harmonize perfectly with the other elements due to their color-matching selection. This carefully coordinated appearance blends seamlessly into the surroundings and highlights the modern exterior of the Quartier de l’Etang. The colors and surface textures were chosen to create a unified and aesthetically pleasing appearance that impresses both residents and visitors.
The Quartier de l’Etang stands out with its generous green spaces, offering residents recreational and leisure opportunities, as well as its proximity to important transport connections that ensure optimal accessibility. The combination of architectural quality, sustainable materials, and thoughtful urban planning makes the Quartier de l’Etang a model project for modern, sustainable living and working.
Overall, the "Quartier de l’Etang" in Vernier demonstrates how high-quality materials and well-considered design can create a modern and sustainable neighborhood that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, as well as environmentally friendly. The successful application of IGP-HWFclassic powder coatings is a key component of this impressive project, underscoring the importance of innovative technologies in construction.
