Artisa-Tower 55 Zürich-Oerlikon
The Artisa Tower 55 project adds a striking architectural accent to the Leutschenbach neighborhood. The 80-meter-tall high-rise impresses with its modern design language and careful selection of materials, which lend the building an elegant appearance. The new building was constructed on a former parking lot covering an impressive area of 4,000 square meters. The general contractor Eiffage was responsible for implementing the project, while Fahrni Fassadensysteme AG installed the metal facade.

The Artisa Tower, a new architectural landmark in Zurich-Oerlikon, embodies a groundbreaking vision of modern living. With its 26 stories and three basement levels, it offers space for 85 innovative micro-living apartments and impressively combines vertical dimensions with a forward-thinking residential concept. The tower’s strategic location ensures optimal access to private and public transportation and makes the site particularly attractive due to its proximity to the airport and Zurich’s vibrant city center.
The Zurich-based architectural firm S. & M. Dello Buono Architekten, known for its clean and contemporary designs, focused on a harmonious blend of materials in the planning of the Artisa Tower. These carefully selected materials - such as natural stone, glass, and metal - create a timeless impression that emphasizes the building’s aesthetic presence while simultaneously highlighting its modernity.
IGP Powder Coatings supported the design of the new building with
900 kg of IGP-DURA®xal 4201E76256L3F powder coating. The application to window and parapet elements was carried out by Wicona Germany. The light gray-coated components blend harmoniously into the overall material scheme and emphasize the high-quality architectural effect.
The Artisa Tower 55 building is thus not only an architectural masterpiece, but also a symbol of contemporary and sophisticated living in the urban landscape of Zurich-Oerlikon.
