Thanks to the highly reactive cross-linking of IGP-DURA®one, process speeds can be increased at any temperature setting. This enables optimized oven throughput times. Coating more parts in the same amount of time means that coating efficiency is increased. This conserves human resources and contributes to improving the CO2 balance.
Reduce Curing Temperature
IGP-DURA®one is an energy-efficient and highly reactive powder coating series. It impresses not only with low minimum baking temperatures (150–160 °C), but also with its high application efficiency and excellent overbaking and gloss stability. This is an advantage that, given the current developments in electricity and gas prices, contributes significantly to reducing operating costs and has a lasting effect.

IGP-DURA®one 56 and IGP-DURA®one 66 are equally suitable for industrial applications, allowing industrial users to benefit from a wide selection of user-friendly products. The products in the IGP-DURA®one 56 series are also certified according to Qualicoat (Class 1) and GSB (Florida 1 year) and thus additionally meet the quality standards for architectural applications.
