The new building is characterized by clear design language and meticulous planning down to the last detail. Special attention was paid to the sustainable construction of the buildings. Photovoltaic systems, energy-efficient building technology, and intelligent rainwater management support resource-saving use and minimize the ecological footprint.
IGP Powder Coatings supplied two specially selected powder coatings for the façade area, which meet the requirements of the various facade elements and create a harmonious and elegant overall appearance.
A total of 1,100 kg of IGP-DURA®xal 4201E75305L3F was used. This reliably protects the facade from snow, sun, rain, and other weather conditions. In addition, 900 kg of the UV- and chemical-resistant powder coating IGP-DURA®xal 4201E82665L3F was used to further ensure the longevity and durability of the surfaces. The colors and textures blend harmoniously into the overall concept and emphasize the modern, functional aesthetics of the business park.
