Sven Strassmann is Team Leader Facility Management Switzerland at IGP and is fully committed to it. He became aware of the company through a job advertisement in the Wiler Zeitung, in which a picture of an acquaintance caught his eye. A short question was enough, and Sven was convinced to take the step.

Today, Sven works in almost all departments of the company and experiences the IGP culture firsthand. For him, it is characterized by strong teamwork, mutual support, and uncomplicated communication. From apprentices to management, everyone is treated as an equal. Anyone who contributes an idea or a suggestion for improvement is taken seriously - and sees that things are implemented. Sven particularly appreciates the great trust that is placed in him.

In his role, he particularly enjoys the great freedom he must shape things. He can actively influence processes and support the company in various areas. It is precisely this versatility that inspires him - working with different people and departments, planning and coordinating projects, operational collaboration, and responsibility for apprentice training. No two days are the same, and that is exactly what motivates him.

Sven's days usually start with a short team meeting. Together, they analyze the previous day, prioritize upcoming tasks, and assign employees to their respective areas. This is followed by project coordination, meetings, and involvement in day-to-day business. Prioritization is crucial here - a challenge that Sven particularly enjoys.

For him, a perfect working day is when planning, implementation, and collaboration work together optimally. When projects move forward, improvements are implemented - even small ones that make life easier for everyone - and the to-do list can be checked off in the evening.
