Officially a “Great Place to Work” – in three countries!
For the first time, we at IGP Pulvertechnik AG conducted our employee survey in collaboration with the independent research and consulting institute Great Place to Work®, a globally recognized expert in workplace culture.
We are proud of the result: IGP Pulvertechnik AG has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland right off the bat! This means that at least 65% of our employees rate IGP as a great place to work. Many of our smaller subsidiaries have also achieved great results, but are unable to obtain certification due to their small number of employees.
We are particularly pleased that fairness, flexibility, independence, and a strong culture of trust are not just buzzwords for us, but are lived out in our everyday work.
