IGP-RAPID®complete 8863 is a matt single-coat powder coating, natural smooth on a polyester resin base that is characterized by high reactivity. Specially developed for temperature-sensitive substrates, it impresses with low curing temperatures and extremely short curing times. This highly reactive, single-coat powder enables all-round, seamless coating in a single operation, saving resources and ensuring maximum energy efficiency.

In order to determine ideal curing conditions, we recommend practical trials with the respective object and curing oven.
The curing conditions must be carefully controlled. Powder coatings cured outside the curing window may show deficiencies in the film flexibility. Our technical customer service will advise you.
