Close to the Customer: The IGP Roadshow Brings Know-how to the whole of Europe
In recent months, we have been on the road with our roadshow truck in various countries to introduce customers to our products and solutions on site. Through a series of successful tours and events, we were able to provide valuable insights into our work and build strong customer relationships.
Together with our partner IGP Solutions d.o.o., we recently organized a roadshow in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Project coordinator Amina Cikotic had the opportunity to participate in one of the events on site as part of her work in organizing this roadshow. Over two days, she supported the roadshow in Tuzla and Sarajevo together with IGP colleagues Emrah Halilovic and Borut Grajfoner.
In Tuzla, the day started with the set-up at the venue, with the IGP team actively supporting the rider. Within 90 minutes, the truck was fully assembled and ready for the first workshop at our customer's site. The process was precisely structured: the first group of participants was received from 9:00 to 11:00, followed by a second group between 12:00 and 14:00. Our expert consultant Emrah Halilovic led the presentations and presented the IGP values film, which gave customers a comprehensive insight into our company. The following central topics were then discussed: gloss and structure characteristics, effects, basics of powder coating, defect patterns, IGP-DURA®sky and corrosion protection solutions.
The roadshow also offered space for personal discussions, during which customers could discuss their concerns and questions directly with the specialist advisors – a valuable opportunity to deepen the bond and specifically address individual requirements and needs. Regional specialties rounded off the workshops and offered a suitable setting for further exchange.
After the dismantling in Tuzla, the team travelled on to Sarajevo, where our managing director, Willibald Schmidt, who is also responsible for the Balkan region, arrived especially to support the last day of the roadshow. On the second day, the event in Sarajevo followed the same procedure. After the events, we ended the evenings together with our partners from Bosnia and Herzegovina, which offered valuable opportunities to deepen personal exchange and strengthen existing relationships.
For Amina Cikotic, this trip was a particularly valuable experience, as she was able to experience the project not only from an organizational perspective, but also from a practical perspective. Seeing how their extensive preparations were implemented in the background on site was extremely enriching.
"I was able to gain valuable impressions that will certainly help me in my further work. I am very grateful for this opportunity and look forward to continuing to be part of this great project." - Amina Cikotic, Project Coordinator of IGP ON TOUR
