IGP made a splash with LivingSurfaces at architect@work 2023
Despite the glorious sunshine outside, the architect@work trade show in Zurich was a success. From May 3 to 4, 2023 some 2,300 visitors flocked to the exhibition halls to discover the latest innovations in architecture, design, and the show’s special focus “Leicht.Bau” (lightweight construction). IGP presented its impressive IGP-LivingSurfaces range.
IGP-LivingSurfaces attracted lively interest from architects, designers, planners, and other exhibitors who supply powder-coated products. Over the two days, the IGP customer consultants Daniela Gomez and Alex Gisler conducted a large number of promising discussions with existing and potential customers. Visitors to the show were especially impressed by the surface haptics and variety of colors available in the IGP-LivingSurfaces program.
Attention-grabbing feature
One element on the IGP stand in particular stood out and drew the attention of the crowd. An implausibly small, red metal weight fixed to a pulley held up what appeared to be a solid block of concrete. This combination of the look of concrete and the light weight of aluminum amazed visitors and illustrated the fascinating options offered by IGP-LivingSurfaces. In retrospect, IGP is very satisfied with the quality of visitors and delighted with the contacts made for further projects.
