Finding a suitable powder coating for the watch and jewelry store in New York proved to be a challenge. The initial concept was to achieve an antique brass look with a patina. This finish was intended for umbrella stands, door handles, and display cases to showcase the luxury items as elegantly and appealingly as possible. However, an ideal powder coating that replicated the patina effect wasn’t available at first, prompting a reevaluation of the antique brass color scheme in collaboration with IGP.
To create a harmonious overall aesthetic, the decision was made to move away from the patinated brass look. After consulting with IGP and reviewing samples, IGP-HWFclassic Medium Bronze (5903E81872S3F) was chosen for a comprehensive renovation that included wall cladding, columns, display case frames, counters, libraries, and façade elements. Its harmonious and timeless elegance enhances the space, enriching it with a refined and luxurious ambiance.
