ONE FORTY WEST is located in Frankfurt am Main’s Senckenberg Quarter. The 41-story showpiece tower was designed by Frankfurt-based CMA Architekten. Due to its combined use – a hotel on the lower floors; residential units on levels 24 to 40 – the tower is also classed as a hybrid high-rise. Thanks to the highly transparent façade and the balconies and sky lounges, which wrap around the tower like a ribbon, the residents enjoy maximum comfort and superlative views. The result is simply spectacular and has already become a new landmark on the Frankfurt skyline.
